Book Club

The AAUW Book Group generally meets on the second Saturday of the month.   All women in a community are welcomed and membership in AAUW is not required.  Reading and meeting together provides an opportunity to socialize, share ideas, and learn.

Books written from diverse perspectives are promoted by AAUW in an effort to alert group members to social justice issues such as equal treatment and access to persons with disabilities, reducing and eliminating discrimination against minorities, and opportunities for women, children, and men to escape domestic violence and war.
